If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

DPF SERVICES PICKUP & DELIVERY

If a filter is received via UPS or FedEx, DPF Services, LLC will inspect the packages for damages before the cleaning process starts.

DPF Services, LLC will not be responsible for damages during transit.  If the packaging is determined to be insufficient for the return trip DPF Services, LLC  will repackage and bill the customer for all packaging materials.

 

 

Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return any DPF or DOC filter from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

No Core Charge on all filters

Ground Freight Included on all filters

Call for air freight option & pricing

Restock fee for returned filters: 30% plus freight

 

Refunds

Once received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
