QUALITY SERVICES DONE RIGHT

DPF Recore

Over time, Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) can sustain damage beyond what cleaning or simple repairs can restore. Cracked substrates, melted cells, or severe internal blockages create excessive backpressure and performance issues. When a DPF cannot be saved, a DPF recore is the most effective solution.

At DPF Services, LLC, we replace the damaged internal filter substrate with a brand-new, OEM-quality core. You keep your existing housing and fittings for a perfect fit while restoring like-new performance.

What Is a Recore?

A recore removes the failed internal substrate and installs a new core to restore OEM filtration capacity and efficiency. Unlike external repairs (flanges, bungs), recore replaces the filter’s internal heart — a cost-effective alternative to full replacement.
