We clean Diesel Particulate Filters by utilizing the industries most innovative pneumatic and thermal technologies, to restore them to their optimal operating capabilities. We guarantee that your filter will come back to you in pristine condition, ready for another round of wear.
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Repairs
DPFs that arrive with defects or repairs needed to save an individual unit will be evaluated first. Repairs, such as straightening of flanges, welding cracked flanges or repairing bungs, are offered by DPF Services, LLC and will be estimated per unit.
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Parts
We offer a wide variety of Aftermarket Diesel Particulate Filters. These filters are made to the same specifications as an OEM part. Our Aftermarket filters come with a 1 year or 150,000 mile warranty.
Diesel Catalytic Converter (DOC) Cleaning
The DOC is also part of the emissions system in trucks. This part can last up to ten years if maintained properly. However, without proper maintenance and cleaning, the DOC can prematurally fail and need to be replaced. DPF Services recommends inspecting and cleaning the DOC at the same time the DPF is being removed and cleaned.
